After you have completed your first order you can use your email address and password to sign in on future visits to this site.

When are my flowers delivered?

We use our delivery vehicle and usually deliver through the day from 10 to around 4pm. On occasion we can meet a request for an earlier or indeed later delivery, but you’ll need to make prior arrangement before ordering. We are unable to deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Same Day Delivery

We offer a same day delivery service for all orders placed before 2pm.
We also have a 3 hour express delivery option Monday through to Friday.

Urgent Delivery

If you require a very urgent delivery service please contact us online or call 01202 553318 and we shall be more than happy to facilitate you.

7 Day Freshness Guarantee

We will guarantee all of our floral products for 7 days providing that the care instructions provided are adhered to. Certain flowers are very fragile and therefore difficult to guarantee especially during periods of unseasonably hot weather or extreme conditions i.e. cold or heat, in the home or workplace. We really hope you enjoy your flowers and for total satisfaction please make sure you read the care instructions.
